• Evaluating candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles

• Communicating with candidates regarding open positions, interview scheduling, and placement status

• Maintaining ongoing talent relationships and pipelines for future opportunities

• Understanding client hiring needs and delivering search services

• Presenting qualified candidates and supporting hiring decisions

• Managing the search process through placement and the post-placement retention period

• Sending updates, newsletters, industry insights, and relevant communications to candidates and clients who have opted in

• Sending SMS messages to individuals who have expressly opted in to receive text communications from TrueNorth (see Section 5 for full SMS policy)

• Responding to inquiries submitted through our website or other channels

• Complying with applicable federal and state laws and regulations

• Maintaining records of consent and communication as required by law

• Protecting the rights, property, and safety of TrueNorth, our clients, candidates, and the public

TrueNorth Talent Group LLC does not sell your personal information. We do not rent, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

We may share your personal information only in the following limited circumstances:

With your knowledge and in the course of our recruiting services, we share candidate information — including resume, professional background, and evaluation summaries — with client organizations who have engaged TrueNorth to conduct a search. This sharing is limited to what is necessary to evaluate candidate fit and is not used by clients for any purpose outside of the specific hiring process.

We may engage trusted third-party vendors who assist in operating our business — such as applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, email delivery services, and scheduling tools. These vendors are contractually required to handle your information only as directed by TrueNorth and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. They are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

We may disclose personal information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or where we believe such disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of TrueNorth, our clients, candidates, or others.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our business assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

SMS CONSENT IS NOT SHARED WITH THIRD PARTIES. The phone number you provide for the purpose of receiving SMS communications from TrueNorth Talent Group LLC, and your consent to receive such messages, will never be sold, rented, shared, transferred, or otherwise disclosed to any third party or affiliate for any purpose — including marketing, promotional, or commercial purposes unrelated to the services you have requested from TrueNorth Talent Group LLC. Message frequency varies based on the nature and status of your engagement with TrueNorth Talent Group LLC. You may receive multiple messages per week during an active search or engagement period.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. TrueNorth Talent Group LLC is not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier in connection with SMS communications.

• Client contact information: retained for the duration of the business relationship and as required for legal and accounting purposes

• Website analytics data: retained in accordance with our analytics provider's standard retention schedule
